Shipping policy
We know how difficult it is to wait for the final product once it has been ordered. And we at Toy Rush definitely don't want to make you wait even a second more than what is absolutely necessary.
We offer free shipping on all orders above 499/-. The total shipping charge, if order value is 499/- or less, will be displayed at the time of the final checkout.
ONLINE-PAID ORDERS
All orders that have been paid for online are dispatched within 24 hours or less. All our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days (for cities falling in category A) from the day the order is dispatched if paid via online channels.
Delivery time frame:
Surat : 24 Hours
Category A (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad): 3-4 working days after dispatch.
Category B (Rest of India): 5-7 working days after dispatch.
CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS
All products ordered via Cash-on-Delivery will be confirmed by a phone call prior to the order being processed. Please provide your pin code details to verify if the option of COD is available at your location or not.
• All COD orders are shipped within 48 hours or less from the time the order is confirmed.
COD orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (for cities falling in category A) because of additional processing time required by our logistics partners. Furthermore, as per the requirement by our shipping partners, an additional Rs. 80 will be levied on all COD orders.
• If COD is cancelled/not accepted by customer once, further COD orders wont be shipped for that person.
Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:
Category A (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 4-7 working days
Category B (Rest of India): 6-8 working days.
• To ensure that your product reaches you in a pristine condition, in the fastest time possible and with the lease amount of hassle for you, we have partnered with some of the best courier agencies.
• However, if our delivery agencies do not deliver to your location then we try to ship through other delivery services. In this situation we may not be able to follow through with the set delivery time, though we will try our level best to avoid any delays.
• Even though we are committed to providing you the best service possible, we do not ship products on Sundays or
Public Holidays.
